For the last couple of weeks, my washer has been making a loud clicking noise (like a relay turning on and off), and drawing a lot of power (to the point that the house lights dim) whenever the washer tries to agitate or spin at slow speed. It can spin/agitate at high speed with no problems. I cannot see any obvious damage to the drum, motor or belt. Any ideas?

Thanks
