My washing machine agitates and won't spin or drain. Please help. I just changed the coupler appox. 2 months ago. Any help and this girl would greatly appreciate it. I have the front of the washer off.

I took the pump off and there are no obstructions in the pump or hoses! Can anyone tell me what else I can check now? Please and thank you.

Note: The pump was previously replaced I believe in 2005.
