I have to replace my Defrost thermostat and Heater and Defrost timer. I pulled the back freezer pannel off and thawed the pannels. I noticed two green wires with a clip on them just hanging close to the defrost thermostat. It looks to be ground wires. What if anything does this clip to. I looked at the wiring diagram and it doesnt show what it clips to if anything.

Often there is a clip/connector on the back of the evaporator cover or on the motor.

This will be a grounding plug and is probably not critical.
