Can someone please provide step by step instructions on how to access the oven igniter on my GE oven?. Thanks.

Jeff,

To access the bake burner igniter,

Remove the oven door, it's easier to work with the door off.

Remove the oven bottom panel, usually spring loaded at the back.

Remove the flame spreader, from the oven burner(usually has a "wing nut)

You should have access to the burner igniter, dis mount the igniter,

Clip and strip the wires and remount the new igniter, and use the wire nuts to make the connections.
