My Viking electric oven doesn't heat. I assume it's the element but this web site does not show the model number as existing. Is it easy to replace the element? Where would you get one?

Viking does not provide any on-line information for their products as well as they sell all parts by them self only. You can pull the heating element out and check it for continuity. Do not forget to turn the power "off" and remove wires from at least one of the terminals. If there is no continuity then the heating element is bad.
