When my door closed the light would stay on and the microwave would not work. I tried to see if something was stopping the sensor from registering. I pushed in on the top interlock support (the part that the door post goes into to hold it closed and let the microwave know that it can operate.) I'm not even sure that that is what the part is called. Nothing snapped and I can still see the part recessed into the hole. I need to know if I should and h0w to take it apart to rebrace or replace the part.

Thanks, Scott

Okay, I took the control panel off and snaped the part back into place. Now the door snaps shut and everything should work, but the light stays on and the screen says close door when I try to start it.
