Dryer motor hums when you press the start button but won't run. The belt is okay. The non resettable fuse looks okay.

It always looks good, when it is bad. Without an ohm meter, we are kind of guessing. Try jumping out the thermal fuse, that is the thin white one, with the power unpluggede, tape the wire terminals together, so they stay together, and they don't hit metal, and then plug it in, and see if it works. If not it could be the door switch also. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
