I bought the cabrio a year and a half ago, warranty ended 6 mos ago. My husband was doing some electrical work and sent 240 volts to the washer, now it wont turn on at all (yes it's plugged into a good outlet). What part will fix this, or is it fixable? Husband thinks it's possibly the machine & motor control, but don't want to buy it if it's not going to fix the problem. Please HELP!

Most likely he fried the machine & motor control board. The high voltage damage could be even visible.

Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool Cabrio washer Model WTW6200SW2
