I don't see a good forum for this issue, can you recommend one or help me out?

Did you try it in more than one outlet?

Yes I tried a known working outlet. Seems to me looking at the schematic the most likely part is the phase control board. Is it worth giving a try? Is it a common failure part for a mixer not turning on? No click, no hum, no nothing. Getting to a service center is less convenient.

Is there any way you can post a photo or the model number?
