i have a low voltage problem. the dual coil secondary water inlet valve only get 96volts on ice maker side that not enough to open the valve. I switch water to door and ice maker leads. water to the door 120 volts on ice maker work fine high pressure can not hold back with finger 96 volts on ice maker low not enough pressure can hold back with finger. what can cause the low voltage

It could be a bad switch inside the ice maker or a broken wire from the ice maker plug to the water inlet valve.

the ice maker has correct volts in comming 120 top two wires but 3 from the top inlet valve 96 volts outgoing component unit switchs checked ok

There is a switch inside the ice maker which closes for a few seconds during the ice maker harvest and provides power to the water inlet valve. Did you check it?

Did you check for continuity the wire form the ice make plug in the freezer to the water valve?

what you are reading is floating voltage. Put the ice maker in to harvest and see what you get.
