The RINSE ONLY light is blinking and no other functions work.
What is the most likely part that failed?

Most likely the problem is a stuck key in the keypad but there is a small chance for the control board to be bad too.

In order to provide the correct part number for the control panel post the color of it.

Here are the break down diagrams for the Kitchen Aid dishwasher Model KUDS01DLWH2

Thanks for your reply. The dishwasher is white.
I ordered a control panel (8531255) and the electronic control assembly (8564542). Hopefully, I ordered the correct color panel and the parts will show up in about a week.
