I replaced part number WPL 8181866 CNTRL-ELEC on my washer and now the control locked led is illuminated and is not changing at any instance. Please advise.

Anthony, You replaced the User Interface Control, per the part number you supplied. Are you sure you have the control ribbon(s) installed properly and tightly in the connector(s)at both the UIC and the CCU ? All of the buttons on the control panel operate properly, none are stuck down ? What was the original complaint ? You may have gone in the wrong direction. Let us know what you find as far as the basic checks I gave you and we'll go from there. Thanks, :) :) :)
