My Whirpool Fridge/Freezer stopped working. Actually we noticed the freezer no longer freezing. The Fridge seemed fine. I unplugged it and we moved all the food to another fridge/freezer. I cleaned the coils and then plugged it in. It ran all night and this morning both the fridge and freezer were warm. The fans and condensor are running, but it's just not cooling. The fan is blowing air into the freezer. It's cooler than the air temp, but not freezing. Any suggestions?

See if the compressor is running, if so see what the frost pattern looks like on the evaperator coil inside of the freezer after removing the panel covering it inside of the freezer, this will tell us if you have a sealed system problem or not perhaps...

I first posted while at work, so when I got home I checked again. I heard a clicking noise every so often and the compressor wasn't running. I went out and got a new relay and overload kit and viola, problem fixed. I'm sure glad I stumbled upon this site today!
