:( I WENT TO GO WASH A LOAD OF CLOTHES AND IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING..THE KNOB IS LOOSE BUT i CAN PUSH IT IN TO MAKE IT TURN BUT WHEN i PULL IT OUT NOTHING!! NO NOISE, NO WATER, NO SPINNING. HELP!!

This may seem silly, but first check to see if the outlet is live. A simple way to do this is plug a small lamp into it. If you can get the lamp to come on, you may have a bad timer.
