I have a GE Monogram side by side. When the top cover is on it will not properly cool the freezer or the refrigerator. When then cover is removed it drops to normal levels. There has been no change in the installation. Obviously some type of air flow problem but nothing has really changed. Any ideas??

You need to clean the condenser, it is located at the top behind the panel. The thing with all the dust on it.

I'm having the exact same issue. The condenser, however, appears to be spotless clean. I still vacuumed but it made no difference. What do you think it may be? Thanks a lot.
