I have installed a used condenser fan in my refrigerator and I am not sure if the fan is blowing in the right direction? Is it supposed to push the air toward the condenser and the compressor or pull the air through the bottom of the refrigerator and around the condenser and compressor? (Blow toward or away from the compressor and condenser.)

Cannot say for 100% sure but on most units the air is blown over the drip tray and out the front of the unit.
This helps the evaporation of the water in the drip tray as it is warm air.

Feel the compressor. If the compressor is hot, you most likely have the blade on backwards. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
