Keypad dead on my o/r microwave. Stainless steel GE Profile Spacemaker 2.0. Unplugged it, let it sit for an hour, plugged it back in, no response. It lights up, the fan light and boost work...but nothing on the keypad. Removed the control panel and cleaned the ribbon and plugged back in. No change, still non-responsive. It did, however, work again late last night. But then dead again today before and after the ribbon clean. What is the part that I need? Thank you very much for helping!

We have the same exact problem. The upper keypad works but the numerals don't. We re-set the breaker too and still no results. Did you ever get any advice? Thanks.
