got the the agitator repair kit in record time!!! Able to see the agitator, took the bolt out, but cannot get the agitator out?!?!?! Is it "clipped" in? Any suggestions, I am afraid I am going to break something else!!!

You only need to take the top portion off the agitator to install the kit.

Here's the breakdown Model LSQ9110LW0

I bought the video recommended in another post...they pull the top agitator off the bottom portion. I am unable to get the top portion off?!?! Am I not pulling hard enough?
