I had a party for kindergarteners over the weekend with the kids putting my Whirlpool refrigerator's water dispenser through overtime. Long-story-short it does not dispense water anymore. In fact one of the parts fell off.

The part appears to be in good shape. I can't tell where it goes, though. I couldn't identify it on the diagram on your website. I was hoping you could guide me as to where it'd go... and I am hoping that this would take care of the problem.

I am attaching a picture of the fallen-off part.

You have to remove the dispenser front panel to troubleshoot it. The part on the picture looks very strange.
