I need help replacing the transformer in a kitchenaid microwave #KHMS155LSS4. How do I go installing it. Is there any dangerous
parts I shouldn't touch

Was thanked: 2 time(s) in 2 post(s)
Most modern capacitors have an internal resistor that leaks off the high voltage, to be sure, just short it out temporarily.
Lots of times the high voltage transformer will blow if the magnetron is shorted, just check.
