I ran my dishwasher a few days ago, it washed the dishes but the motor didn't turn off. Tried this morning to run it and although it sounded like the motor was running, there was no water.......... any thoughts as to what is broken?

If you're handy with tools; A pro can replace it in about 15 minutes. It shouldn't take a novice much longer. Make sure you turn the power off first (preferably at the breaker).
