Our brand new Kitchenaid dishwasher stops completely, all lights turn off, after about 10 minutes of running. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Our new kitchenaid does the same thing after several months. Stops after about 12 minutes, all lights turn off. Sounds like a recall is needed and they need to fix the broken ones.

Amanda, there are others online with the same problem. For example, at least 2 others at the bestbuy website. it looks like a product recall is needed and they went to one person's home to fix it, but the person claims it did not fix the problem. it took me a whole day to install it, i would hate to have to return it but if need be I will and I will never buy another kitchenaid anything ever again. too much junk poorly made in china with profit as the only motive and the focus on making quality and standing behind it is gone.
