here's an update-The water runs but it doesn't wash. It seems to reach a certain point-the same point-and stops. There is a sound similar to that of a baseball card in spokes of wheels. I removed the little black motor from the front, but nothing was in it. It did dispense the soap, but doesn't actually go into wash mode. Just fills with water and makes the sound mentioned above. It stops after a couple of tries, then tries again.
