Part of my shirts are stuck in under the agitator of a GE Medallion 850...I tried pulling them out but to no avail. How can I get them out without wrecking it?

Isn't GE Medallion 850 a model number? If not, where can I find it?

If this is a top load washer the model number is on the washer under the hinge area.
