I have a matching set and a problem with both units....

The washer will not agitate and the dryer's drium will not turn.

Please tell me what parts I should purchase.

If there are problems with both washer and dryer, it will be better if you will open the second thread for the washer with its complete model number. Also we need more detailed descriptions on problems with both appliances.
