Bought this unit - Consumer Reports highly recommends - in Feb '08; never worked properly. Sears replaced in Nov '08; did not clean dishes.
Sears replaced the same part that was broken in the original unit.

I believe this unit has serious flaws. Sears has agreed to replace it again, so I am looking for a different model - IF I do business with Sears.
