We have changed the coils and the ignitor and it will still not heat. the ignitor will not glow.

The first thing I would do is jump out the thermal fuse, and see if it works. If you take the back panel off the dryer, you will see a white part, about and inch and a half long, by a half inch wide. That is the thermal fuse. Take the 2 wires off of it, and put the terminal ends together, and put some tape around them to keep them together, and to cover them, so you don't hit metal, and then plug the dryer in, and see if it works. If so, do not run the dryer that way, this is for testing reasons only. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
