Is this recommended part a substitute part or an OEM?

This is an OEM part. There are no substitutes for such parts.

final question before I order. This OEM part, does it include switches and contacts?

I'm afraid I did not get it clear. Which switches and contacts did you mean?

Is this part more than just the plastic piece? Will I need to add the switches and other contacts to the new piece?

The control board is actually very sophisticated electronic part which operates with all microwave functions. It is shown as #1655 on the diagram.
