Hello

My Front Loader Washer Tub appears not be supported by the right side tub spring. It is hanging cockeyed in the washer to one side.

I removed the top panel to take a look I saw the right side spring had pulled thru the plastic mount on the tub. I can remount the tub to the spring but I am sure that in the next wash cycle the spring will pull thru again. Is there a good fix to this? Must I purchase a new plastic tub insert? It looks like this is a major repair job with all of the cement balance weights. For the cost of the tub and my time I may just trash the washer and buy a new one. I hate trashing a good unit because of some POS plastic piece.

Maybe you can mount a thick piece of rolled steel to that section with two screws, don't know without looking at it.
