This washer works great but when it is agitating the drum will spin a little to fast so on a large water will splash out the top. Also, agitator works good but clothes do not get mixed well because drum will get spinning to fast on agitate. I've never heard of a washer doing this! Please Help.

The problem is your basket is not supposed to spin at all on agitate, because inside the transmission is a brake assembly that keeps that from happening.

This means the brake assembly is not working, and you need to replace the transmission assembly, this part here.

Part number: AP2046402
Part number: AP2046402

However, given the cost of the part and the very low prices they are getting for new machines, I strongly suggest you replace it with a basic top loader.
