My dryer has power but will not go on, when I close the door i can hear a click but tumbler will not start, I sow only one code PH.

The belt is either broken, or the thermal fuse is bad. Take the bottom panel off, and see if the belt is on. If so, it is the thermal fuse. It sits on top of the vent housing, and is white and has 2 wires coming to it. So if you have the front, and are laying down on your stomach, look hard left, and you will see it.
