Ejector arm stops in down position so it then freezes in the water. Is there a way to resynchronize the motor to stop in the correct position? (I did once clear the arms and the system reset properly. It then got stuck again on the next cycle). Thanks!

Most likely the correction is to replace the ice maker.

The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it please.

Yes - actually - the model might be KBUIT4270A02: A typical 42" Thermador side-by-side built-in with ice maker but no ice dispenser in the door

The OEM ice maker part number is 487783, but this ice maker is very expensive. Instead you can use the ice maker made by Whirlpool which is exactly the same.

- The OEM ice maker Part number: AP2837554
Part number: AP2837554

- The ice maker made by Whirlpool Part number: AP2984633
Part number: AP2984633

FYI - I solved the problem by replacing just the control module : Part Number: AP4359694 ordered here and it arrived very fast. Thanks for the help and great service.
