Touch pad does not work. When power to range is turned on I get constant beeping and the error code "F1-7." Wondering exactly what to do from here. Should I order a new touch pad assembly and replace this? Is this something I can do myself? Thanks

I just replaced the pad on our Jenn-air this past week. Not hard at all. Ordered it through AppliancePartsPro.

Also that was the same code that I was getting as well. After replacing the ECU and still getting the same code, I replaced the touch pad.

Thank you for the tip. I'll order the $200 part, install it, and see if that does the trick.

Thanks again for the help. I ordered the touch pad and easily replaced the part. I now once again have a working range. Nice when you spend $200 on a part and it ends up solving the issue!
