I am having problems with my Maytag MER5770BCW oven all the control functions seem to operate just fine and act as they did when the oven was functioning properly. Neither the bake and broil functions work when selected when set to broil the display reads high but broil element does not heat up and when set to bake temperature just sits at a reading of 100 and oven does not heat up however you can hear the relay clicking behind the control panel every few seconds. It appears as this oven does not have a thermal switch and don't know where to look next as with no warning it just stopped functioning properly.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have checked the components over more closely the elements are fine and all wiring between the elements and DLB relay are forming a complete circuit. When watching the back of control panel I can see the relays functioning and appear to be operating properly. I am wondering if there is a way to test whether the DLB relay is functioning correctly and if there is a test for the control panel so I can confirm which part I should be oredering.
