 Had to push lid down firmly for last few washes to energize wash. Today it filled with water but machine won’t operate in any of the modes. Disassembled & checked both switches. The PS switch has 1 ohm when contact is made. Switch-CH, dwg # 17 has 1 ohm when contact is NOT made. Are the switches OK? Where the heck is the 250v f use, dwg #6? I don’t see it. Lastly, if switches are ok is it possible the PS switch just isn’t being made; if so, maybe I could bend the switch arm down a little? Thanks.
PS: Just learned the dryer drum turns but there is no heat.

For you techs who don't like answering tough questions, here's a lesson for you. One of the set screws had vibrated loose at the power outlet causing my problems. Recalling how much vibration there is from time to time, I pulled out the machine and wiggled the power cord - it was obvious there was a loose connection, as the dryer began putting out intermittent heat. By the way guys, this is NOT an uncommon problem.
