I cleaned the coils, the relay keeps clicking off and on about every 2 minutes, compressor is warm but not real hot. any suggestions?

Thanks kurt Kurt, If you're sure you don't have a low voltage problem, you most likely have a weak overload or relay Part number: AP3083556
