Hello, Our dishwasher panel light is blinking and there is no response when panel buttons are pushed. Tried pushing cancel button, and then that light is now also blinking. After searching posts, I first tried shutting off breaker for periods of time -same blinking. Then ordered fuse kit -shut off power as suggested -easy repair, but no results -still blinking. Then ordered control panel -again, shut off power - easy repair, but no results -still blinking. Re-checked all connections again - still blinking. Any advice?? Thank you, Allyson

In most cases the cause of such problem is a shorted one or more pads on the key panel. Very seldom it can be a bad control board. If you already replaced the control panel (#1 on the break down diagram) and it did not solve the problem then the control board is bad and has to be replaced. - The part number for the control board is AP3775964 Here are the break down diagrams for the Kitchen Aid dishwasher Model KUDI01ILBS3Gene.

Gene, Actually it was the control board that I replaced - not the control panel as I had mistakenly said. So now I will order the control panel. Thanks a million. Allyson
