I have a whilpool side by side frost free frige 8yrs old. My food seems to get freezer burned......ice crystals/build up forms on food. Any thoughts?

Sounds like themp is too cold. It could be a thermostat problem, or the freezer door is not sealing properly. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
