Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/24/2010(UTC) Posts: 3		My LCD touch screen has been working on and off for a while now, But the last week or so it won't respond at all. It lights up fine and all other buttons on the top panel work fine. Wiring looks fine and no visible problems.Also no service problems detected. On a side note. the matching washer had the same problem a couple years ago so i removed the LCD screen from the top panel and with it loose it started working. I reinstalled it and it has been fine. I've tried this with the dryer with no such luck. Thank you for any help you may have. Rick :)

This part is very expensive and the worst thing is that it is on back order by GE. Nobody has it in stock. - The display assembly Part number: AP3883911 Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for General Electric DPGT750EC2WW Electric dryer \| AppliancePartsPros.com Gene. P.S. There are no any specific tests for the display board.
