I am trying to replace the door handle on my Kenmore Elite Ultra Heatwave microwave/convection oven. I have already purchased the replacement part. I am having trouble accessing the lower screw for the handle (where the handle originally broke off). I've tried removing some of the plastic around the inside of the door, which seems pretty delicate, almost as if it were meant to break if you attempt to remove it. :mad: Any help or ideas out there? Are there any special tools needed to remove parts to access the lower screw? :confused:
