Loud bang when opening door recently. Now whatever spring force holds the door fully closed is much reduced. Removed door, both hinges have good spring force from 'stop' position to full open, but left hinge seems loose (but attach screws are tight), so suspect hinge broken.

Question is how to get at the hinge to see what's wrong, and to replace it???

Remove it from the wall!!! It may have a side panel on it that has to be removed before you can get to the hindge.
