One of the baffles inside the dryer is loose. It appears to be secured from the outside of the drum. How do I access the baffle in order to tighten the loose baffle. Thanks, Ron

Two spring clips are located at the top of the front panel. You can usually see them, about an inch and a half in from each side. Push in on them with a putty knife or a similar item, while also lifting on the top, and they'll pop loose, allowing you to lift the top up. The baffles are held in place by three hex head screws.

I have located the 2 clips..when I push on them I can tell they are spring loaded to come forward..SDo I need to do them both at the same time? the top does not seem to want to come up???

As You release one, with upward pressure on the top, the other will pop when you depress the catch.
