My GE wash machine has been great, the last two (2) loads however the water does not stop where it should based on the selection and continues to run and flood the basement. I'm thinking I need to replace the switch pressure (part #AP2045906) any help would be appreciated.
Thank You

That may be right, but first clean out the tube from the switch to the tub and see if that does not fix things, which more often than not it will and the great thing is the repair is cost free.

I checked the tube and that appeared to be the problem. I cleaned it out real good, and noticed the end connected to the tub (not sure what that little box is called) is got all kinds of gook in it; how can I clean that out?
Thanks, Randy

Try to hook a small hose onto the nub and flush it out.
