Hello - Our oven just stopped working. It is 13 years old. I have replaced a couple of oven elements over the years but this time the digital display went black. The electric stove still works fine. I pulled it apart and it has 110v to the 7601P236-60 control panel. I looked this part up and it is $250. I would hate to order the part and find out I do not need it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Check your connections making sure they are tight and clean (a pencil eraser works well for cleaning these connectors just dont bend them in the process). If that doesn't fix it then AI would say it's the control board. The part you have listed is discontinued the substitute part is 12001603.
