The oven stops heating at 275 degrees on bake. The temperature setting is set to 400 degrees. The broiler works fine. The temperature selector ohmed out ok. The heating element ohmed out ok. The clock and timers do not light up.

Most likely the problem is a bad oven thermostat (#18 on the break down diagram). - The part number for the oven thermostat is AP3969349 Here are the break down diagrams for the Jenn Air oven Model W2750BGene.

I will check it. Thanks. Any idea about the timer? Is there a fuse on the circuit board? None of the lights work.

The temperature controls by the oven thermostat. The timer does not do it and if the Bake element gets hot that means there is nothing wrong with the power supply.
Gene.
