I have a JGP336AEV2AA cooktop I was replacing the drip pans and broke an electrode. So I just received from you the electrode WB13K18. I am trying to connect the electrode to the wiring, and it does not connect completely. It seems blocked, like I would really have to force it into the plastic connection of the wire. Is that what I am suppose to do? It seems that the other electrode connect and disconnect easily. Please help....
