Have read many posts and have cleaned the spinner and the trap/screen at the back bottom, only now fill the one soap dispenser...too much soap.

However we are still getting some dirty dishes and have also quickly opened the dishwasher to see if the top spinner is spinning and the bottom spinner is up and spinning.... NEITHER one is spinning and the one that is suppose to come up is never up when we open the door (unless it drops when the doors opens...)

It gets hot as far as well can tell and scrape food off...no extra soap and silverware if really dirty is soaked in the sink to loosen it first before going in...again no extra sink dish soap. Any help greatly appreciated... handy hubby at home to hopefully fix this one...
