The convection element stays on when the oven is turned off, regardless of what type of baking/broiling/roasting I was doing. The display reads as if everything is off. It comes right back on after reseting the oven from the breaker. I replaced the control board (AP3193815), but the issue continues. The element itself has one bad spot, but if it should not be getting power in the first place, that should not be the only problem. If I remove any one of the three wires on the element, it still stays on, which is a mystery to me. Should I replace the element (AP3775599), or the relay board (AP3193596) and the element? How about the High limit thermostats (AP3196013 and AP3196595)?
Is there another explanation for this?

I would check the wires to the convection heating element. Also there are only two terminals on the heating element as you can see: Here are the break down diagrams for the Bosch oven Model HBL755 AUC (FD 8207-)Gene.
