Do you see a white stuff, built up inside the dishwasher? If you do then the problem is a calcium (from hard water) accumulated inside the dishwasher. If this is truth then I would recommend to use Dishwasher Magic to clean it up. Also make sure all holes in wash/spray arms are open. - The part number for the upper wash arm is AP3120022 Here are the break down diagrams for the Kitchen Aid dishwasher Model KUDS01FKSS0 Gene.
