Samsung Mod: RS2577SW Ser: 756143CW700292 M

Bought it used 1-1/2 years ago, no problems until today. Display on freezer door "froze". No buttons worked. I unplugged the wall power cord for about 5 minutes and then plugged it in again. No change. Display would come on, but no control over it. Then I banged on it, just above the display. Wallah! It revived. Then I pushed the fridge back into position, a rough, bumpy ride over tile grout lines, then display was "frozen" again. I banged a couple more times on it and it came back again.

What do you think I should look for? I'm thinking it's a bad connection to the panel.

Thanks in advance...
